Projects commence by establishing clear specifications and an initial agreement with our client as outlined below:

  5. Preliminary budget
  6. Preliminary schedule outline
  7. What constitutes completion
Design & Planning:

Once the above items are complete the real work begins, First the actual building design, followed by lists of material, schedules and costs for all elements of the entire task from start to finish.

The client is frequently updated on progress, so that changes can be made well before any work begins.
